All of our canvas is certified museum-grade, designed to withstand the test of time. Durability, image clarity and color accuracy are our top priority. We use only archival inks to prevent fading and to preserve as much fine detail as possible with no over-saturation or color shifting. Our canvas is certified artist grade material and is OBA-free to ensure quality and accuracy.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase after it is delivered, you may return it within (10) business days and receive a full refund for the price of the product.
Shipping charges will not be refunded. MUZE does not supply pre-paid shipping materials for returns, or cover the returned merchandise shipping fees. We will issue your refund within (12-24) hours of receiving the returned merchandise.

Cancelations after (24) hours will require the customer to return the undamaged product to receive a full refund. We cannot exchange your order after (24) hours because it will have already gone into production. Please review our RETURN POLICY.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY STATUS
We offer complimentary standard shipping via UPS within the United States. All products are shipped on our shipping account, allowing you to take advantage of commercial shipping policies and operations.
- Standard shipping is Fed Ex Ground. Fed Ex Ground transit time is not guaranteed. The map depicts typical transit times, but these may be affected by volume and weather implications. For ground transit times, please visit UPS for a transit time map from our zip code: 85045. Our canvas are made to order and hand assembled to ensure our collection exclusivity. Merchandise delivers between (5-7) business days from the date of purchase. Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
- Due to our production capabilities and our rigorous schedule, we are unable to expedite orders through our 4-business day production cycle.
MUZE ships only to Canada via Fed Ex, free shipping is still applicable.
Estimating Delivery Time
The actual delivery timeframe will vary based on your destination and your country's customs office. Note that international orders shipped with standard delivery can be difficult to track, and may take up to 20 business days to deliver.
Duties and Taxes
The customer required to pay duties and taxes to claim your package, depending on your local customs office. We are unable to determine duties and taxes in advance and are unable to control these additional charges. We encourage you to contact your local postal service or customs bureau for more specific information.
Why Can't You Ship to My Country?
Due to shipping restrictions, we are not able to ship products to certain countries.
TRACK MY ORDER
As soon as your canvas ships, we will send you a confirmation email that includes delivery expectations by our eCommerce platform. Please allow up to (4) business days to receive your tracking link to check your order status.
If your product arrives damaged or defective in some way we offer a hassle-free replacement. Here's how:
- Take a digital photo of your damaged product and the shipping container it arrived in (only if the package is also damaged).
- Attach your photos to an email and send them to
- INFO@MUZEBYDAVIDDRAKE.COM. Please include your ORDER NUMBER, FULL NAME, and a brief description.
- You will receive an email within 24 hours confirming that your damaged replacement will be processed.
- If your photo return is confirmed, you do not need to mail back your product. We will process the refund or replacement based on the claim and automatically send out your replacement 2 Day Air.
