Due to the diversity and size of our offering, we do not pre-print or inventory any stock, so every piece is printed-on-demand and made custom to order. Since we do not warehouse or hold inventory, we are unable to accept returns and swap out one piece of art for another, so we cannot provide refunds, credits, or replacements except in the event of damage prior to the product arriving with our valued customer.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

All art is shipped via FedEx.

All frames come in 2 color choices. Both look incredible on any color wall. You have a choice between a simple modern gallery black and gallery white frame. Each frame is brushed in a pure matte finish. This creates a versatile framing profile for a variety of décor options. The White frame’s core is made from Durian Wood in Indonesia and the Black frame is made out of MDF in Yaphank, NY.

Our frames are made to last, and very easy to clean, with each order we include a complimentary polishing cloth. No need to use a spray cleaner, the polishing cloth will do the job.
